'I do not claim that I have already succeeded or have already become perfect. I keep striving to win the prize for which Christ Jesus has already won me to himself. Of course, my friends, I really do not think that I have already won it; the one thing I do, however, is to forget what is behind me and do my best to reach what is ahead' Philippians 3:12 & 13

At Brockington College, our mission “learning to live life to the full” shapes everything we do. Guided by our eight Christian values, we aim to create a caring, respectful community where students grow in character, develop their potential, and learn to make a positive difference in the world.
"When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd." (Matthew 9:36)
"Forgive one another as quickly and thoroughly as God in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:32)
"Turn your back on evil, work for the good and don’t quit. God loves this kind of thing, never turns away from his friends." (Psalms 37:27-28)
"So speak encouraging words to one another. Build up hope so you’ll all be together in this, no one left out, no one left behind." (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
"Wise men and women are always learning, always listening for fresh insights." (Proverbs 18:15)
"Never get tired of doing good." (2 Thessalonians 3:13)
"Respect the authorities, whatever their level; they are God’s emissaries for keeping order... Treat everyone you meet with dignity." (1 Peter 2:17)
"Don’t turn your back on wisdom, for she will protect you. Love her, and she will guard you. Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do!" (Proverbs 4:6-7)

Today, we paused to remember.
Our Remembrance Day service brought the whole college together in reflection and gratitude. Students shared poignant readings and we honoured the fallen with a two-minute silence.
‘They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.’
Lest we forget.
